My appointments and cancellations
By writing an appointment code to a box below and after identifying with bank access codes or mobile ID, you can see the booked time in question and, if necessary, cancel the time. You have received an appointment code as a part of your booking (sms, email). If you do not have an appointment code or you have booked a time to your child or another dependant who do not have bank access codes, you can cancel your time by calling to our customer service, p. 030 6000*.
